Registration Process

Our aim is to make your first week with us as simple as possible.

Keep in mind for when you are registering:
 

  • New students can come in for a free trial class before you register. Please call the office to arrange a time.

  • Class Schedules, Prices, Class Attire, and other information can be found here on our website, but if you still have questions, please feel free to call us at 801.562.1507 or email us from the "Contact Us" page of this website.​

  • We will collect the first month's tuition as well as your $20 per student registration fee. You will also order your LFDS uniform leotard if you are registering for ballet. 

​

  • You can bring in the registration form (find below) filled out ready to go along with $20 registration fee to speed up the process or we have copies for you in the office.
