REGISTRATION FEE: $20.00 per student every year, due with first month’s tuition.

TUITION IS DUE IN ADVANCE: Tuition is calculated on a monthly basis. Payments are due by the 1st week of the month.  Please pay the first week to avoid a late fee of $5.00.

TUITION IS THE SAME EACH MONTH:  Holidays, 3-week and 5-week months are all considered as ONE calendar month.

PAYMENT:  We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is a $25 fee for returned checks. We have an auto-pay program. We strongly encourage you to enroll in auto-pay. Please see the office if you are interested.

CREDIT CARDS: Every account is required to maintain a valid credit card on file. If you are more than 30 days delinquent, your card will be charged the outstanding balance.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON TUITION:  Refunds will not be issued for missed lessons. Credit cannot be extended into the following month.  You are paying to ensure your place in class. If classes are missed and not paid for, a student from the waiting list may take your place.

NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL FROM CLASSES:  A two week advance notice, in writing to the office, is required of anyone withdrawing from classes. You will be charged for two weeks of classes past the date of the official notification.

ATTENDANCE:  Regular and consistent attendance is encouraged. Progress and advancement can be measured by how consistently a student attends his/her class.

MAKE-UP LESSONS:  Make-ups are offered for illness or extended (two weeks or longer) vacations only. Shopping, birthday parties, forgotten lessons, etc. are not valid reasons for a make-up.

CLASS DRESS:  We have a dress code for all classes. A copy can be obtained in the office.
