Brittani Hale
Jazz Competition Team
Brittani began dancing at the age of 3. She trained in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, modern, hip hop, acro, and musical theater. She danced throughout junior high, high school and college on competitive dance teams with both public and private schools. Brittani trained locally under Linda Fenton for over 15 years, with an additional 3 years of training at New York’s Broadway Dance Center, Steps, and American Ballet Theatre. She has performed in productions with the Sandy City Arts Council, Mountain West Ballet, Odyssey Dance Theater, Stadium of Fire, Disneyland, Salt Lake Community College and University of Utah.
For the past 11 years, Brittani has worked with local dancers as a trainer and choreographer for both individual and team routines at the competitive level. As a studio competition team director, her teams and soloists have placed 1st in Lyrical, Contemporary and Jazz and Best Overall at Regional and National Competitions. Her choreography took first place in division overall awards for 2013, 2015, 2016, 2018 and 2019.
She received a degree from Utah State University and for the past 6 years has been a UDJA certified judge for dance, drill, acro and cheer.
Dance is Brittani’s passion and she believes in taking every opportunity to enhance the art of dance and support these athletes in this amazing sport. She currently lives in Sandy with her husband, Spencer and their three “fur babies”.
